Important Policies & Details
Before booking your session with Jadynn Grace Photography, please review the following policies. They are designed to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free experience for both you and me. By understanding these policies, we can focus on what matters most—capturing genuine moments and creating lasting memories.
Booking
Submitting an online form does not confirm your session. Bookings become official only after I review your request and email you a confirmation. Once confirmed, your date is secured.
If you don’t see the session you need, please fill out the form in the Services section up top, and I’ll get back to you ASAP to discuss a custom session.
Consultations
Consultations are required for all weddings and events. This is a time for us to connect, talk through your vision, and answer any questions. We’ll cover expectations, locations, important details, and inspiration so that your session is stress-free and tailored to you.
Payment Policy
A 25% non-refundable retainer is due after your booking is confirmed via email or social media ( I will provide payment details in email as well). This secures your session or event date.The remaining balance is due 24 hrs before your session. Clear payment expectations allow me to focus on creating the best experience and images for you.
Delivery of Galleries
All final edited images will be delivered via email. You will receive an easy-access link to download your gallery, so you can enjoy and share your photos quickly and conveniently.
